What? Help, please! starstarstar   Posted by: Ryan on Monday, April 13, 2009

Hi, I wanted to start writing programs, so I downloaded this. I am using KWrite on Linux (Even though I am COMPLETELY new to Linux) and I just wrote my first program with it in C++ (I'm using a guide book). How do I install this? The book said to use the include directive iostream.h, but when I tried to run it from Konsole, it said that iostream.h didn't exist. I never downloaded anything for this, to let you know. Was I supposed to? If so, where can I find a free one for someone who is a complete newbie to it? If I download this , will it help? If not, what else should I use as my include directive? (I really don't understand much of this.) BTW, I'm uising Linux Mandriva 2009. Thanks, feel free to send some help via my email,
squall_94@yahoo.com
I REALLY appreciate this, because I haven't been able to find any tutorials on this. Thanks, Ryan.
