This program will give you the value, band color, and tolerance
of a resistor. To find the value of a resistor you must enter
the color bands of the resistor. To find what color bands a
resistor should have, you enter the value of the resistor.

After unzipping and trying to run the exe file comes up with VBRUN300.dll not found.
Perhaps it just does not like Vista..
