can't use it.. please help

i can't use the codes. please help.. i'm trying to create a simple program where i can crop and scale images..
i can add the module in my program but i cant add the form <BMPKIT.frm>. and there's an error when i'm trying to open the <BMPKIT.exe> it says:
cannot find vbrun100.dll
please help..

The source code for this application is stored in a *binary-encoded* .frm file, which apparently isn't supported by recent versions of Visual Basic. And I don't think anyone has VBRun100.dll anymore. So, unless this gets re-posted with the source code in plaintext format, I don't think it will do anyone any good.
