      <description>&lt;p&gt;Posted a '&lt;a href="http://www.programmersheaven.com/mb/MP3/386767/386767/ReadMessage.aspx#386767"&gt;new message&lt;/a&gt; on the &lt;a href="http://www.programmersheaven.com/mb/MP3/Board.aspx"&gt;MP3 programming&lt;/a&gt; forum.&lt;/p&gt;I would like to be able to start an MP3 file at a given frame using windows media player using C#.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I would like to use WMP so I can control the speed of playback without the chipmunk effect.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I would like to use c# because I dont know any better.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Has anyone done this yet?&lt;br /&gt;
