Difference between "web form" and "dynamic web page" Posted by Josh Code on 25 Aug 2009 at 9:45 AM
Hello,

What would you say is the difference between a web form and a dynamic web page?

I have some guesses but I'm not very familiar with ASP.net so I'd like to see if those terms mean something special in the context of ASP.net.

My guess is that a web form is just a form on a web page. Basically, a form element on a web page. A dynamic page would be the opposite of a static page... a dynamic page generates different responses depending on things like session data, database, type of request... Am I wrong at all?

Thanks
