Ok, I forgot the password for my computer and left myself a clue.
However the clue is encrypted. I am sure it is decryptable by hand.

Here's the encrypted clue:
21M21228I28250D5052131NP2313UA5555MD

I know for a fact the password is 10 characters long.

I managed to get somewhere when I found that the clue had 36 letters...a square number.

I used a Caeser square and got this:
225225180135MID315225135180NUM225PAD
