Windows XP with IIS 5.1

I have had several cgi perl scripts displaying graphs working fine.

Machine lost keyboard and mouse, and had to reload the system.
Now it does not work.

Click on button to run script, and it just runs for about 2 minutes and does nothing. Put print statements and no output.

Tried a simple cgi just to print Hello World. Does the same thing.
