I have a hardware monitoring device connected to a I2C master device through I2C interface. I can read the master device's register through ISA interface. I am not sure how to start the I2C interface to read the register for the slave device. The master device (winbond W83782G) does not provide any registers to start the I2C interface. Anyone can help? I am writting a C++ program that works under DOS.
