my objective is take cmd commands as a arguments in the main or simply writing name of batch file name as a arguments to main ,please any body solve my problem

Thanks u very much.
here i have to send following cmd comand through my own created program .

i would like to send the following comand as a agrument
C:\SDCXXI\MAIN.EXE
main(argc ,argv[])

,so instead of writing full path ,i have write a script of this commad and gave this file a name start ,is am doing correct ,or if u know other way to do this plesase tell me
