I have to develop Elman Neural Network in c++. I try to use annie library
but I don't know how make the net.

I found the following within five seconds:

 #include <annie.h>
 using namespace annie;

 annie::TwoLayerNetwork net(2,3,1); 

annie::TwoLayerNetwork net(2,3,1);

this is a Feed Foward multilayer perceptron.

I took a look at the documentation. I believe the Annie library is not suited for your needs (but I might be wrong again), because I believe it is not possible to use a custom neuron type: a MultiLayerNetwork uses SimpleNeuron, KohonenNetwork uses KohonenNeuron.
