I need an honest, reliable developer who is open to a long-term, part-time freelance relationship with spleech.com. You must be skilled and experienced. (I am experienced with C++ and SQL and will know the difference.) My goal is to make Spleech a significant and lasting internet presence but I need some help to get it off the ground.

who can't design,

I have health issues that make maintaining my 40 hr/wk job a struggle. I can find additional energy for things that don't require much concentration, but the more intense blocks of time presented by the learning curve of a new framework are a real obstacle. There's a lot of work to be done and it's going to take me a long time to do it all myself.

I really need someone who knows PHP and MySQL. Install an open source program like PhpBB and learn how to customize their database and interface. As an example, delete the website field from their user table and get their interface to work properly with it. VertrigoServ is a good tool. Check back with me when you're up to that.

I have actually never used any tools when programming.
I'll see if I can find those tools and understand them.
