Hi,
I need software for modifying existing mp3's - for instance,
take a piece of mp3 and create a new track which repeats
this peace several times.
Also, a software which creates new tracks from scratch.

Can anyone recommend me some good software that i could
use, and which runs on Windows XP, please ?
