I'm asking if it is possible using a programming language whatever it is to make MP3 player support playing RM (real Media)

You would need the source to the player and the RM codec. You would then manually have to code support for the codec into the player. Some modern players do support "plugins", and you need only get the plugin sources and code your own plugin that uses the RM codec.

Exactly what Sephiroth said. If you can get as far as programming the player, it's as simple a pluging in the RM Media Codec, which can be found here- http://www.free-codecs.com/download/real_Alternative.htm
