What MS-DOS command i can write to click (process)automatically "ENTER" twice to delete admin password in the BAT file????

Therefore, user won't manually click "ENTER" twice to delete it.

There is no standard command in DOS to send key presses. Microsoft Disk Operating System was never designed to perform that function, although you can "extend" it by implementing that function in a console application.
