      <description>Know someone point me to some site that has a program that runs in DOS mode to detect the hardware ids eg: dvd drive, hard drive, etc? There is one called &lt;strong&gt;Devcon&lt;/strong&gt;, but it only runs under Windows ...&lt;br /&gt;
