If I'm working with vb 6 but need to create some web pages I want to know if Visual studio .Net allows one to develop in VB but then save to web page?

How difficult is it? Is it the best tool? How much do I have to learn?

you can use ASP.NET and VB.NET(if you prefer it over C#) to generate webpage using VS.NET
