It could take a *lot* of words to answer your seemingly simple question
The DataGrid, for example, has a very large range of properties, methods and uses and whole chapters have been written about them.
Is there something in particular you want to do, using these two controls? If so, it would probably be better if you posted up some description of what you have in mind, which would enable someone to give you a precise answer.
I hope this doesn't sound negative. It isn't meant to be.
