say i want to open mIRC inside a program.. is it possible? and is it possible to be able to open all programs inside this program? (lets say that i have a box that inside it i can see the mIRC open or anything else...)...

You can easily spawn other application using the system.daignostic.process class, of course this would just open the software. As for direct integration it would really depend on the software. Some software provide SDK's for direct integration, I have no idea about mIRC although if they did you could easily google it.

Same deal execpt you may be able to write your own sdk if it is open source.
