hi everyone

I am using VB 2005 express and the book i am following says i can click and drag columns from a database onto a form

the problem is when i click and drag from the database explorer it doesnt drop anything on the form

the database is the default northwind database and i tested the connection before adding it and all the columns in the database show up but strangely i cant drag and drop columns onto the form....

any ideas anyone????
