Hi guys i want to built my own equalizer(sound control) using vb.net.so can anyone give me the codings to develop it.Thanks in advance..

You can use DirectSound for your equalizer if you want to play wave files.

I suggest you use a 3rd party music engine though. A very nice one is the Bass Library at www.un4seen.com. It has a great many examples for doing alot of audio related features including making your own equalizer for VB.NET. It free for personal use. FMod is somewhat similar to the Bass library too. But I feel the Bass library is alittle more complete.

I also have my own music librarys at the website in my sig. But it doesn't have a equalizer.
