is there any module to send and receive SMS messages using VB.NET or C#.NET?

i don't want a completely written program for SMS, just modules are enough.
if there is any written SMS program on the web for download, please give me the address.

I'm very interested in this too. Can't really find anything (free) out there..

I've found some of them in codeproject.com
search through Google using : sms , vb in codeproject.com domain.

I should accomplish them in my leisure time.

I have never done this, but coworkers of mine have so I know it is possible... here are two articles I found, both appear to be for ASP.Net applications
