Copying files across projects Posted by ASM123 on 22 Nov 2009 at 8:55 PM
Hi,

I am new to VB.Net. I created a small application for a client. Now the client wants a similar application with very few changes. How do I create a new project from the existing one to make modifications. I am using MS Access as the back end database.

Any help fast will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Usually in these cases, I use Copy and Paste

Sometimes, I create a new project, and just add all of the existing files from the old one.. Mostly, I just copy and paste the folder and change the Assembly and Project names through settings.

I also found this: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/879x19d1.aspx
