How to transform HTML to XLS? Posted by CORPORACAONF on 22 Dec 2004 at 12:06 PM
I create a html file with a table of several columns.

I need to create a copy of this file in Excel format.

When I used Office 97, through OLE automation I could open the file with Excel and saved it as .xls.

When the Office was upgraded to 2000 version, this didnt work anymore. The xls file joins all the columns in only one.

I think that it could be relationed to new formats of conversion where the .csv doesnt exist anymore.

Why when do I open a html file in Excel 2000 it doesnt recognize the tabulation? Is there a way to solve that?

:headache:
