Does anyone know how to make an arbitrary file a drop target? I'm getting tired of scripting everything with .bat files, so I would like to make it possible to simply drag an XML file on top of an XSL file (both plain text files) and have Windows know this means "launch an XSLT engine and transform the XML file using the XSL file it was dropped on".
