can anyone help us!
we cant find source code of converting the excel file to access table..
we really need it in our thesis system.

I'm not sure what you mean by source code? Excel data can be imported using the Access File menu [import or link tables]. programmatically, the TransferSpreadsheet or TransferDatabase methods would be applicable.
