So I need to make either a serial port or usb port with a push button that all it needs to do is be able to push the enter key or the space bar remotely. I am aware this also will need a few lines of code. I know that this could be done in several different programming languages. Guidance would be much appreciated.

Also, help with putting the button together as well.
