How can I retrieve a Comm Port number automatically assigned to a given device driver that I know the manufacture of using VB6? I can submit for the comm port number and everything works great. But I was wondering, how can I retrieve that same number when the device is plugged into the USB port automatically? I am doing this using VB6 with MSComm.
