Could someone help me with the right function to execute a string in visual basic. I'm moving some scripts previousley written in VB-script to com-components, but can't find a function in Visual basic equal to the execute function in VB-script.

I really need it to get things up and running.

Don't know much about VB Script, but if the execute function "executes" programs or command lines or something like that then you will want to look into the Shell command in Visual Basic.
