Hi ,
I create a VB project with Oracle. It is working good.I create a package by using package & development wizard. and installed. but i run the installed exe file, run time error occur the error is -2147467259(80004005) [Microsoft] [odbc driver for oracle] [oracle] ,that was not run.
anybody knows pls help me.

Spriya,

Try figuring out what the machine on which you programmed the program on has installed that the machine on which you installed your executable hasn't.

I'm not sure about this one: Have you installed the latest MDAC? (Package of Database drivers, downloadable from microsoft).

Thanks for your reply. I create a package in xp o.s . MDAC is already installed. but I try to run 2003 o.s .in that time the error occured. I don't know how can copy or access the oracle tables at the time of package creation. package was created without oracle tables. so it doesn't run another system. the setup file must be run any another system. what the solution for this. pls help me.

Thanks for your ref.
I want to know how to use DSN in VB 6.0 with oracle.
I create the DSN (DataSource Name). but i don't know how to access from oracle.
Any body knows pls help me.
