Please help me with my 7-segment watch Posted by Siffredrik on 11 Jul 2011 at 10:34 PM
Hello

I need help to get my game-watch to work. It will be used at a football field and consists of four 7-segment LED-displays like this:

[XX:XX] (Each X represents a 7-segment LED display)

I have bought the following PIC-processor: PIC16F887.

The processor need to assign 4*7=28 I/O-ports as outputs and a timer should start from either [00:00] or [45:00] decided by two input switches, and count upwards. Each of the segments are assigned to one output of the PIC-processor.

I am using a PIC starter kit with MPLAB.

Can someone help me getting started?

Thx // Siffredrik
