It's not clear,Append to what ?the form,or another text file ?

: OK, this is the forth message board I have tried this question on. I am hoping someone will help me out. I am trying to collect data from some users. I have created a form. I want to append a text file (comma delmitted) upon submit from this form. I took a VB class about a year ago, so I am sure this is possible. Any help would be great. Thanks!
