If there's a way or an app. that can compile asp's please help me.... Thanks

The answer is - no.
IIS compiles ASP code on-the-fly

But if you want to encode it, you can use Microsoft's Script Encoder:

You can compile using the ActiveX-dll... yo uonly call that dll from asp.. using the createobject thing..
(dll must be registered on server though)

Well, where did you see a cheap or free hosting which allows to install your own ActiveX dlls? :)
