opportunity presented to the general public will be managed
by the most EXPERIENCED EXPERTS and PROFESSIONALS in the

The project is divided into several phases. Phase one is
a very simple database driven site using MS Access.
This version 1 will generate the funds required to complete
and implement version 2.

programmed. Only minor changes and testing is required before
we can go online.
