Hi.. i got this problem to do for my comp class and im stuck! any help would be great!
I have to write a program allowing a meteorologist to analyze snow storms during a particular winter. The user must enter the date, duration (in hours) & the amount of snow that fell (inches). The program has to print the dates of the severest storms. A storm is "severe" if it dropped over 30% more snow per hour then the average storm that winter. (therefore a 20 inch storm in a 10 hour period is less severe then a storm that lasts an hour but drops 4 inches)
