      <title>Help!!!</title>
      <link>http://www.programmersheaven.com/mb/basic/428356/428356/help/</link>
      <description>I work at an animal shelter and need a program to replace the chaos of our filing system. Because It’s a none profit shelter we don’t have the funds to pay someone to build a program for us. I have been trying to learn what I can about Programing but it’s been a complete Fail on my part. We need to be able to log all the animals and determine where they are. Also we need a way to keep track of medical records and such along with being able to print them out and quickly change them. We also need to have our fostered animals in one place with easy access to info such as age why they are fostered out and when we need them back at the shelter. I have found a few programs that do some of these things but none of them work for our shelter. &lt;br /&gt;
So to sum it all up I need to know 1. If I can use one of the programs I have found as a base and change it for what I need. 2. Where to start and what resources I need to be able to make the program and 3. If anyone can help me out. Thank for taken the time to read this and thank you in advance for your responses. &lt;br /&gt;
