Or if you really want too much work and use VB, you can use a copy of my RegExtension (temporarily available at
http://www.jwcs.net/vbactivex/) and use it's ChangeIcon function.
One warning though: It has set off every virus scanner I've ever used since it modifies the registry. Whether or not you trust me is up to you...
