hello.. if I have a machine connected to the PC with USB .. how can I control this machine using C++ ..

That would entirely depend on what machine it is. There is no standard for "controlling machines".

we connect a wireless remote control of a small car... we should control the car using a program (written in C++) that we can move the car....
