I had Borland C++ Builder 6 on my computer but i needed a reinstalation of my OS. So I installed it again but I have little trouble. There is only (Form) in the Palette. Actually I can't do anything. Can somebody help me solve this problem.

Just make sure you have admin rights when you do the reinstall. It sounds like you have tried to install in a way that would limit your access. I've used BCB 6 for many years and have installed and reinstalled many times and have not had a problem. If you uninstall make sure that you clean the registry also(HKCU).
