OK, I'm C/C++ Beginner ( just know few concepts of each )

I want know the perfect learning and practicing path to be kinda professional
that can do just every thing with c and c++ from console programs to windows
,and cross platform application

So can any professional in c/c++ can tell me the exact steps.
