I am completely stumped...
I need to be able to pull a txt file from a location online and dump that file into a SQL database. The txt file updates 4 time an hour...I would need to grab the updated text file 4 times an hour and place the 'new' information into the db.

After the hour is up, a completely new txt file is created and the process restarts. The txt files are named by date and time.

So in short, can anyone help me with this? I need to update the database every 15 minutes from a text file and then move onto the next file and do the same. Perferably an automatted process.
