The 'employee skill sets' table seems useless, except that I HAVE to avoid many-to-many relationships. Moreover, I do not know if my relationships are correct. An employee has one set of work details, but s/he can have many work details. Likewise, I have no clue whether work details can correspond to many employees or not (what if two employees have the exact same work details, but technically that's impossible). It's so confusing and my teacher did a poor job of explaining the whole concept. Could you please verify all the relationships and entities? Again, I cannot have many-to-many relationships, so I need intermediary tables such as 'work details' and 'employee skill sets.'
