Although, I am not sure if this system is actually called a report management system.

I am not getting any replies from the "General Programming" Section, so I am posting a link here from my thread in that Section.

Although, if needed, I can repost the entire problem here..

My thread in the "General Programming" Section..

Any advice, will help a lot.
