We are facing strange performance issues while working in LAN. Our application is using DBISAM database. Our application as stand alone is working fine. It loads records 15000 into a combo box in less then a sec. But when in LAN for the same operation it takes more than 10 secs.

Please advice what all performance/database tuning need to be done for applications in LAN.
