I am new to this forum. I thought that maybe someone of you here knows the answer to my question.

I am a new delphi user and i want to write an application with the possibility to change the language dynamically.

I read that this is possible using resource dll or XML.

I don't know where to begin. What are the differences between the two possibilities?

Are there online tutorials on this matter? maybe example project files?

Can someone please help me out?
