I'm a beginner of Delphi programming. There are some things that I'm so confused and I do need your help.

1, How can I use resource ( dwg reading, drawing etc) Where to download? how to use?

2, Can I use delphi to create an application that uses Auto Cad to create a drawing? If yes, how?
