I write as a novice working with the Head First eBook. Modest progress came to a halt as I find that I cannot get back to my lessons.

The form designer page that I have frequented shows code. I am aware that the toolbox is not available when code is viewed. Seeking guidance on how to find my way back to the IDE view that will allow me to continue to code and bring in additional items from the toolbar.

Images of my circumstance are uploaded to:
Much thanks in advance for an informed opinion.
