Read Hard Disk S.M.A.R.T. Info Posted by kikijas on 24 Feb 2009 at 7:59 PM
I need to write a DOS program to read S.M.A.R.T. info(hdd temperature) for SATA hard disk (configured as RAID). Can anyone advise what interface is use for this communication? Do I need any specification from Hard disk manufacturer? Is S.M.A.R.T. a standard info for all hard disk?
