I would like to know if someone can help me to build a program in C/C++ or VB so that i can start a comunication with a Computer (PC) and a Omron (PLC- Program Logic Controller) with the serial port RS232.

Look here:

www.plclibrary.com

You can program in .Net and communicate with the Omron Plc immediatly both by ethernet and serial port! Now they say it's free...
