I am a novice working in C++.Now I am in C++ software development. I am interested to pursue a career in embedded C++ , mobiles, microprocessor...

Is it possible for me to do that?? Knowledge in C++ is enough for embedded C++?? Please advice..

If you want to do microprocessors, you will want to study C and assembler as well. And RTOS plus multitasking/multithreading. What's important is to study hardware-related programming, since that is quite different from PC/desktop stuff. If you have only done PC programming, you'll make a lousy embedded programmer.

microprocessors programming relies heavily on knowing how processors work, you will also like to learn as much eletronic as you can.
And then buy a dev kit and have fun.
