Waking up MSP430 with 300 mV signal Posted by bhaktha on 16 Apr 2011 at 1:47 AM
Hello,

We have a peculiar problem on our hand ... Appreciate any help from the folks here on this forum.

We have an embedded system wherein we are using a MSP430F5508 running on a 3V coin-cell (CR2032). Power consumption is extremely important to us. We put the processor in LPM 4.x (low power mode) when the system is not being used. The processor wakes up on a interrupt on selected ports (the interrupts are edge triggered).

In our system it needs to be woken up with a 300 mV signal. Any suggestions on how to do this ?

Thanks.
